The guest room was clean and modern with all the necessary amenities, including a patio and terrace, and the hotel's central location was surrounded by charming restaurants.

The common spaces: lounges, cafeteria, terrace, restaurant, are excellent and tastefully decorated. The garage is comfortable and easily accessible

absolute lack of empathy with the client demonstrated on 18-April-2019 by the Reception Manager during the checkout, who, asked by the client to leave his car for a few more hours but not within 24 hours of entering the garage, responded with unnecessary empathy that the Hotel's policy determines that parking spaces can only be occupied for the same time that the room is occupied. It can be understood that the room must be left free at 12 noon, because it has to be cleaned and ready, but... what is the reason for the Hotel Policy that requires the client to leave the parking space free? How is it possible that by paying 32 euros for the parking space, client is not told that he can leave his car for a few hours until after lunch? How is it possible that the haughtiness of the person in charge of Reception leads her to state that they "condescend" to the client by allowing him to leave the garage at three o'clock in the afternoon? Does the Hotel charge 32 euros for parking in its garage? Impressive, Hotel Policy and attitude of the Reception Manager on the morning of 18-April-2019

The guest room was convenient and had a patio, terrace, and storage space, with courteous and polite staff making everything great.

decoration of the hotel is original and very elegant, with a modern touch reminiscent of a circus atmosphere that will not go unnoticed by anyone. We could not enjoy breakfast but we did take advantage of the parking lot, quite spacious for a hotel in an old building (although completely renovated since last year). As we traveled for our anniversary, Director Borja Plans was kind enough to have a detail with us that we did not expect and we were grateful from the heart. Regarding the staff, we would like to highlight the cordiality, kindness and professionalism of Paula, at the reception, for the check-in and check-out.

Perhaps the cleaning staff could be less noisy (they talked loudly about other customers and were not careful about cleaning up after lunch, when we were sleeping in the next room). The closets had no doors, and were decorated with ropes, which although a modern detail, does not prevent dust and moths.

hotel has its façade and main entrance under construction. There are workers working and entrance is made provisionally by a carpeted ramp in the corner that has no relation to the four stars it has. circumstance should be informed or perhaps it should influence the rate (make it more comfortable because of the possible negative effects of the work and conditions that this causes). We were lucky to be attended by a very attentive lady who overshadowed any building abnormality. In favor has that the garages are very comfortable and are in the subsoil of the building, it does that those that we come in car do not have better option if we want to have near the mobility.

The room does not have a desk, so those with a computer should put it to bed and lie down to write or search for data on the internet. I asked them to bring me a desk and they immediately brought me a little table from the restaurant, with a transparent acrylic chair that although it spoiled the atmosphere of the room it supplied the problem and there I put my folders, GPS, computers, cell phones and their chargers, etc. as a hotel that promotes itself 4 stars should be. Another thing to keep in mind is that the builders or renovators of the building have joined three old towers and if you get the room farthest away in one of the three internally connected towers, you will have to take an elevator and then go down to the first floor, walk 80 meters and take another elevator to get to your room.

    Location

First, we arrived before check-in time and had to leave our bags behind the reception desk. Until then, no problem. However, we were informed that since we would be coming back late, we would have to bring our bags up when the room was available. Far from it, when we arrived at 23:00 at night the suitcases were still at the reception and we had to take them up ourselves. Secondly, no one at the reception informed us when we arrived at 23:00 at night that we had been assigned an "attic" room and that it had a window on the roof that required a control directed to a sensor (which is not easy to find) in order to close the blind and not let any light in. That same night we were so tired that we didn't have a control to close it, at 7 in the morning we had to call the reception and in that moment they explained the mechanism to us (even the receptionist himself recognized that the sensor where the control had to be directed is difficult to find). In short, we do not understand that in a hotel of this category have not taken into account this detail that we consider IMPRESSIBLE to explain.

    The location.

There is no wifi internet on the room!!! There is wifi only only on the hall and it si very very bad. The hotel tries to charge you a different rate from the one you have in your Booked.net confirmation. Nobody gave me the drinks and chill out cd that Booked.net promised me on the website.

Convenient location close to the station, making it easy to get around. The bed was super comfortable for a good night's sleep. We found a nice spot called Bresca nearby where we could just chill 😊.

The location was perfect. A few minutes to St Ana, Museum Thyssen and Starbucks Coffee.

The rooms where very small. I hit the TV on the wall almost every time I went to the other side of the room. We could here noise from other rooms.

This hotel was in a great location and decorated very modern. It was a bit of luxury to add to our city break. The hotel staff were very helpful. I would reccommend this hotel.

Breakfast was far to expensive so we went to a local bakers!
